Description: This plugin is based on the FMRIB Software Library program FLIRT (FMRIB Linear Image Registration Tool). Select a reference as an image file or from any currently open viewer. Selecting Image Space will update the image origin. Selecting World Space will maintain the current image origin. Further information about settings can be found on the FLIRT webpage.
This plugin supports Intel Mac OS X 10.5, 10.6, and 10.7; Windows XP, Vista, and 7; and Linux.
