Add Menu
These menu options can be used to create new ROI masks.
Add ROI. Use this option to create an ROI in the shape of a cube or sphere at the current coordinate.
Threshold to ROI. Create an ROI based on a threshold. Select the option to use both a lower and upper threshold. Use to find only the outer ROI bound, ignoring any internal area below lower or above upper theshold. Shrink Wrap can be performed in slice mode (slice direction of main slice) or 3-D mode.
Combine ROIs. Use this tool to build an expression, combining ROIs. Each color is represented by a single letter. For example, to build an intersection of the red and green ROIs, enter: (r and g). Tap the button to the left of the equals sign to select the output color.
